This beurre de homard (lobster butter) is served on toast with aperitifs. Made with lobster (32%), fish, butter & cream, seasoned with fleur de sel & white wine. Not to be confused with lobster butter that is sold in large containers, which is just a mixture of fat & bits of skin. Produce from Beauharnais, based in Côte d Armor in Brittany, is made using carefully selected & constantly monitored raw materials
