Lillet is matured for 12 months in oak barrels in order to attain its final flavour. Lillet is served on ice with a slice of lime (white) or orange (red), or used as a base for various cocktails. 17% ABV, 0.75 litre bottle.
- Lillet blanc: tastes of honey, candied oranges, pine nuts, lime & mint. Use as a base for cocktails, e.g. dry martini or vodka martini.
- Lillet rouge: has an aroma of ripe raspberries, blackberries, vanilla, cinnamon, cherries, cardamom & ginger. Use in sweet desserts & fruity cocktails.
